Excellent Opportunity!  Newly formed critical role within the Human Resources Leadership Team!  Seeking an experienced HR strategic leader with a minimum of 6-years plus experience, 4 years in employee relations and 3 years management experience. Professional experience in a healthcare setting preferred, and a demonstrated track record of excellent service skills.   The Director will develop the Team Member relationship consultant (s) and be responsible for the day to day administration of the Team Member Relations function/service for a growing community-based health system with approximately 2,300 FTE's. near Charlottesville, VA.  Excellent schools and affordable community!   • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead,manage change, and transition; manage multiple projects,simultaneously within deadlines; apply sound judgement, critical thinking, decision-making; strong analytical and problem solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business administration or a related field.  Master's degree preferred. SHRM-SCP preferred.
