Collaborate with HR Leadership and Corporate Systems partners to set HR systems strategy and roadmaps consistent with HR and Company priorities.

Stay knowledgeable about the latest insights on key HR technology trends.
Analyze and evaluate the impact that new and or changing corporate policies, government policies, or business needs and procedures have on HR systems. Ensures HR systems are compliant.
Provide consultative support for data privacy requirements for HR Operations and the greater HR Organization. Ensure all company polices related to data privacy are followed and adhered to.
Champion the employee experience. Ensure our HR system solutions are designed for our associates… not just HR. Focus attention on how associates interact, consume and use the solutions we offer. Remove friction and strive for a more personalized experience
Gather user feedback on HR Systems and tools on a regular basis. Apply feedback as catalyst to deliver a better user experience for our associates.
Manage all systemic changes required to support Staples HR annual events, including; mass changes (ex: merit uploads, store realignments, etc), EEO/Vets 100 reporting and Benefit Annual Enrollment needs. Partner with stakeholders to assess the HR Technology needs and consult with them on alternatives by providing options with recommendations to meet needs.
Ensure HR systems are strategically aligned, configured, tested and quality product is delivered that meets business expectations.
Manage HR Systems requirements during Mergers and Acquisition activity. Provide direction, coordination and guidance to ensure Staples HR systems are properly configured to support M&A business requirements.
Assist the HR Operations Management team with driving efficiencies and implementing HR systemic solutions to create long term program and process scalability HR and Staples
Serve as primary POC regarding HR System escalations. Liaison between HR Operations, Legal, Payroll, Corporate Systems and ancillary SDS teams. Manage issues through to proper resolution. Escalate to HR Leadership team
Serve as a POC for Staples data privacy, legal, Payroll and SDS (I.T.) organizations
Lead HR System initiatives which includes mentoring junior members of HR Systems team.
