LOCATION: Greater Reading Area

The Talent Development Manager will be responsible for:
• promoting the company’s philosophy through programs you will create and lead for employees;
• develop programs that will expand employees’ skills;
• assess and identify areas in which performance ca be improved
• design and implement training programs across the business
• identify training needs, ensuring training activities are fit for purpose and cost effective
• produce a clear and coordinated talent management and succession planning strategy to facilitate continued business growth
• establish and manage the delivery of targeted, evidence-based programs to develop the potential and expertise of present and future managers
• deliver talent mapping to ensue coordinated targeted training, coaching and mentoring
• manage and run a successful Graduate Program
• apply structured and best practice approach to capturing and monitoring competence and expertise within the group
• provide direct coaching and career development guidance to management
• manage and deliver in-house pre-selection and pre-promotion competence assessments
along with developing the right tools for assessments

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Psychology or Human Resources
• At least 5 years of talent development, coaching, and organizational development with HR developmental focus
• Strong business acumen, and analytical problem-solving skills
• Exceptional Communications skills with instructional and public speaking abilities
